Who We Are

Will Flinkow

Will Flinkow has been perfecting the art of custom millwork for over 17 years, earning a reputation for his unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to quality. In 2018, he took on his most personal project yet—building a dream home for his wife, Jana, and their two children, Holder (10) and Emme Louise (7). That experience not only deepened his passion for craftsmanship but also sparked a new vision: to create custom homes and spaces that bring joy and comfort to families like his own.

In 2023, Will launched Aspen Construction to bring this vision to life. Based in Homewood, Alabama, Aspen Construction specializes in building custom homes and taking on remodel projects of any size, always with a focus on thoughtful design, exceptional quality, and a client-centered approach.

When he’s not on the job site, Will enjoys spending time with his family. Jana, his wife of over a decade, has been an educator in Homewood for nearly 20 years and shares his deep commitment to the community. Together, the Flinkows are rooted in Homewood, building both homes and relationships that last.
